こんにちは！私は現在、アイルランドに1年留学をしている大妻中野高校の1年のK.Mです！　皆さん、様々な気持ちで受験に臨む方がたくさんいらっしゃると思います。　私のこのアイルランドでの留学生活においても言えることですが、大事なのは、自分に自信を持つことだと感じます。　ですから、ぜひ、悔いのないように、自信を持って、大妻中野に受けにきてくださると嬉しいです。そして、大妻中野の特色は、グローバル性を重視し、留学が盛んであるということです！　大妻中野での学生生活、学びの場は、大妻中野だけではないです。　世界中が皆さんの学びの場所です！　ぜひ留学に少しでも興味を持った方がいれば、この後の留学レポートも読んでみてください。最後に、受験生の皆さんのご健闘をお祈りしています。

Hello everyone! I’m K.M. and I’m an international exchange student studying at Sutton Park School in Dublin, Ireland. It’s my great pleasure if you could read the following report at the end. In this report, I going to tell you about online class and my experience with my host family.

First of all, I spend almost 3 weeks since I take a class remotely due to pandemic of covid-19. My assignments from school are too much there than class of without online so I’m doing hard work. During some lessons when remote lesson make it difficult to take, the group which decide by teacher is doing some of weekly missions to accomplish it. Example of missions, in my group, each people have to imagined the flag of Mars and draw it, then we going to debate that each people who make a flag in this week. There are some other missions which I have to done so I’ll try hard.

Also, some of my lessons have changed from after Christmas holiday. My extra new lessons are accounting, biology and art. The last two subjects are present in Japan, but I think accounting is not familiar to Japanese student. So, I have an interest and keeping work hard. In a recent art class, I was so happy that my teacher praised the Japanese style drawings which I wrote.

In 19th January, that day was my host sister’s 14th birthday. We had a cake and played enjoyable a game of Super Mario Kart!

On the day of 24th January, here in Dublin, Ireland, it was snowing for the first time in this year. I went to the park and play with snow in that day. It’s a been long time when I see a snow, so I was pretty excited it.

Recently I’m learning how to cook the food that my host mother makes as usual. I already make food my own that Irish stew and risotto. I would like to make food a lot more to I cook for my family in Japan.

私は現在、アイルランド、ダブリンにあるサットンパークスクールに1年留学中のK.M.です。今回のレポートも、最後まで読んでいただけると嬉しいです。このレポートでは、オンラインクラスとホストファミリーとの出来事についてお話します。

まず、covid-19のパンデミックのため、リモートで授業を受けてから3週間近くが過ぎました。学校からの課題は、対面授業よりも、はるかに多くなったので、一生懸命勉強しています。 リモート授業で、受講が困難なレッスンの時間では、教師が決定するグループで、毎週出されるミッションを、協力してこなしています。ミッションの例として、今週、私のグループでは、火星の旗を想像して描く必要があり、それから、それぞれが作った旗について議論します。 他にもやらなければならないミッションがいくつかあるので、しっかりこなしていきたいと思います。

また、私が受ける授業のいくつかはクリスマス休暇の後から変更されました。 追加された新しいレッスンは、会計学、生物学、美術です。生物学、美術の2つの科目は日本にありますが、会計学は日本の高校の科目として、あまりなじみがないと思います。 なので私は興味を持って、勉強しています。 また、最近の美術の授業の課題で書いた和風の絵を、先生が褒めてくださったので、とても嬉しかったです。

1月19日、その日は私のホストシスターの14歳の誕生日でした。 ケーキを食べて、マリオカートを楽しみました。 1月24日、アイルランドでは、今年初めて雪が降りました。 その日は公園に行って雪遊びをしました。 雪を見るのは久しぶりだったので、とても楽しい1日でした。

最近、ホストマザーが普段作る料理の作り方を学んでいます。 私はすでにアイリッシュシチューとリゾットを教わりました。ですが、日本に帰って、家族に振る舞えるために、もっとたくさん料理を作ってみたいです。
