Exchange students from Australia
Exchange students from Australia arrived with excitement!
Jetstar 25 from Cairns landed on Narita Airport, Terminal 3! Otsuma Nakano students and their mothers and fathers are waiting for Australian exchange students to pick them up to their homes. Now here they are at the arrival gate. “A Happy New Year! Welcome to Japan. Great to see you.” They are shaking hands and hugging each other with big smiles. Australian students look so excited and happy to see their host students and families.
This year, in 2016, Otsuma Nakano welcomes four wonderful exchange students and Principal Mr. MacMaster from our sister school in Australia, St. Andrew’s Catholic College. The four students are staying and studying with their Otsuma Nakano students host families for the next three weeks. We know they are very excited to be at here and to learn many new things about the Japanese way of life and the education offered here at Otsuma Nakano.
The relationship between St. Andrew’s and Otsuma Nakano has grown to be amazing for eight years. All of us strongly believe that both schools will continue to promote further programs to learn great many things from each other.
Now this is the beginning of their greatest time to stay in Japan and Otsuma Nakano High School with the many friends they will make from now on.
We hope your time here will be the happiest and the one all of you cannot forget forever.
