Chiang Mai Study Tour #5: Sightseeing and shopping, and farewell to the land of smile (1/3)

For the last two days, we went sightseeing and shopping, and concluded the tour.  Yesterday, we went to the musium and knew about the history of Chiang Mai, walked around the city, and enjoyed river cruise along Mae Ping river.  Today, we joined the evaluation meeting at YMCA Chiangmai and ate farewell lunch.

一昨日、Suksasongkro Chiangmai Schoolに行った日の晩から、

今ツアーは観光ステージに入り、まずはチェンマイの夜の中心地、

Night Bazaarに行ってきました。

多くの屋台や露店が表通りにも裏通りにも所狭しと軒を連ねるこのNight Bazaarでは、

独特の異国情緒が楽しめ、歩き回っているだけでもすぐに時間は経ってしまいます。

中華料理店での夕食の後、マーケットでの買い物タイム。

生徒たちは果敢に値段交渉にも挑戦していました。

帰り道はトゥクトゥク６台に分乗して帰ってきました。

初めての体験に生徒たちは皆興奮気味で、

この後外出するたびに、「帰りはトゥクトゥクに乗りますか？」と聞かれることとなりました。
